Return Policy

We'll gladly accept returns for any MOXIE / for men products upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product. Return shipping and handling fees are to be paid by our customers. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return. Please follow the simple instructions below:

1. To make it easy, place the unused item in its original condition and use the original packaging to ship your product.

2. Fill out the Return Form attached to the bottom of your packing slip.

3. Mail the unused item to MOXIE / for men Returns Department by USPS Ground (Parcel Post)

We'll issue you a full refund to your credit card for the price of any item that you return if your return is received within 30 days of the PURCHASE date.

It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account, or to issue an online store credit if you are a gift recipient. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. Returning a Gift

If you are returning a gift, please contact Customer Service (help@moxieformen.com). We can either credit your MOXIE / for men account with online store credit or we can refund the credit card used by the purchaser.
